The additions to the ground floor level included an open plan family room, kitchen and dining area + a complete renovation of the existing rooms. The second storey extension included a master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, 2 additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The front of the residence was completely renovated and remodelled to include a new front entry porch. Other ground floor additions included increasing the living areas with a large new Family room and entertaining area leading to the rear yard.
The second storey extension really helped to give the home grater street appeal and a much more contemporary look.
